Services

JLCON Inc acts as a licensed transportation broker arranging vehicle transport with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. Carriers retain liability for cargo while in their possession.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on information you provide. Material changes (vehicle size, accessibility, dates, inoperable status) may adjust pricing. We communicate any change before dispatch.

Insurance

Carriers carry cargo insurance per FMCSA regulations. Certificates available on request. Claims are administered through the assigned carrier with JLCON Inc support.

Cancellations

Cancel before a carrier is dispatched without penalty. After dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.

Liability

JLCON Inc's liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid except as required by law. Pre-existing vehicle damage is the customer's responsibility to document at pickup.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
